 This is blue springs.About 10 minutes from where i live.It is a natural spring that keeps the water temperature the same all year and is where the manatees stay in the cool weather.The spring is an underwater cave and divers go down into it all year round .
       This next picture is at the old grain mill in Pounce de Leon,the water is the fountain of youth and you can swim in it .....I don't think it works .......in the Mill they have converted it to a small restaurant where each table has it's own griddle and you get to cook your own food .But they have left the gears and works in place so is a nice little place to eat ......

Thanks you really don't want to encourage me though i get a might carried away ........I love to take pics and most of then just get to sit here but i always feel a pic is never wasted will let you relive things many times over .........especially of the ones when i was young lol

just about can recharged it is just off the st johns within walking distance to where you can take a boat up the river ....with the manatees no motors allowed in...but scuba diving and swimming and canoes all the time plus short hiking area and of course a place to cook and eat also cabins and camping areas not sure where the nearest place to park the boat.....it is in deland so you might know more than i do whats close .pretty isn't it  Jeanne

What kind of bike sinedad ?April should be nice .....you'll be in my neck of the woods and there are some nice spots but can also be major hot.......i hope you really enjoy it

The sort you pedal ,Purr...must confess at the moment the temperature is the thing that might give me the greatest problem....but there is always the sag wagon!lol! I dont usually go on "Organized" Rides, but I'm getting older now and need my comforts!
