Dear Family

Ugg here I go again, I am moving again.!!!!! I know I know I JUST moved.

BUT alot of crap has gone down here at my house involving my landlord. And boyfriend and I have found it neccessary to move.

About a month or more ago the landlord was arrested for drug charges and is being indited. Well he's hard up for money evidently because we were three days late with our rent and he served us an eviction noitce.

We are fighting it simply  because we have not been here for the whole month of august and are leaving on Saturday. We know he doesn't have our six hundred deposit because the police seized it when they raided his house. So we are hoping that we will be able to go before the courts and tell them that the house was unsutable for living. and didn't have proper storage for things. like food. That the roof was caving in. that there is a hole in the back of the house he never fixed that comes RIGHT Into the house, that the pourch is rotted and caving in.

alot of things wrong with this house that he NEVER fixed including plumbing and the stove.

I had paid him in cash the previous month so he cold  make repairs to the house and never did.

 

at anyrate.

We have found a beautifull three bedroom house, it's an old house newly constructed. and is more sound then this one. the guy is also willing to help us out here and there. with some things.
We are moving in this weekend.and can't wait well we can and we can't we are excited about moving because of the new house but not the physical aspect of it. lOL

 

I will not have internet for some time. probably not till about the 20th of sept if not later.

I appologize for this.
I ask that some of the girls take the time to help out, and some of my assistant managers. in mine and vals abscences.

Please know that we do not wish to both leave at this time but unfortunatly we find it un avoidable.

I will try when i can to check in at the Library once I find it.

I am moving to an entirely different state and abandoning the one i have grown up in my entire life. Talk about a new journey.
