If you or anyone in your family has asthma put fish on the menu at least twice a week. Fatty fish such as tuna, salmon and mackerel contain benificial fats called omega- 3 fatty acids. Asthma is an inflamatory disease, and the omega-3 helps damp down many of the body proccesses that create inflamation. |

Hello Lady:) i am still looking about yes when time permits for me. Thankyou for that advice for asthma both my kids(well my daughter is now 19) but still they both have asthma, not as bad depending on weather, air pressure etc, can be so may things that effect, like i stick to them having juices and not squash dilute drinks as it seems to make it worse, also orange drinks can do same, so have to keep low on the oranges aswell, but i do try already to keep on the fish with my son, permitting his fancy of what to eat of course, as with the Omega-3 supposed to be of good effect with autism, so a deffinate on that it must have been helping with the asthma too, as he used to be quite ill with it when a todler and has took time to see it get less worse, so yes it has done him good trying to keep fish in his diet in a few ways there:) |
