It is obvious that she is lost in a deep train of thought as well as it is obvious she has not moved in a while aside from the fact that she has her wedding ring pulled up on her finger far enough to move it in circles with her fingers. Her legs are crossed and her eyes are darted in a direction where you can tell they have not even had blinked in the recent past. As the scene comes to show its Courtney that is staring at a set of papers sitting on her desk which is obvious to anyone they are her divorce papers. The only thing left to do to finalize her divorce papers are to take them to Christopher and have him sign them. “Boy, this would be a lot easier if he hadn’t decided to show back up in the company�?Courtney thinks to herself. Something else keeps going though Courtney’s mind as well. When Christopher had returned everyone had gone to the ring, well basically everyone pretty much to bash him except his kiss ass student or mentor child, or child in need whatever the fuck that little punk rock wanna be Avril Lavigne calls herself. Hell, even talking about brotherly love Adam Michaels basically bashed the hell out of Christopher Michaels but hey that was a normal day to day thing for that man in this company he came to realize that not a single person liked him and that was something that Courtney was completely okay with because at the end of the day Christopher was probably the most dominate male in the back and could knock anyone’s lights out from here until next week and to Court, that really just turned her on.  However, the two had gone though rough times after the birth of their second child together Samantha and have seven years of two surely up and down marriages for the second time Courtney filed for divorce. This time she felt she had a good enough reason that she was now on the road and he was home and neither saw each other , Chris didn’t really spend that much time with her so why should she care so much about being with him? She could find someone that would pay her attention that would be a great father for her children and that would do all the things Chris wasn’t. Is there anyone that can really replace Christopher Michaels though? If she loved him more than another and he loved her why was everything so hard and why was she currently sitting alone in a locker room looking at divorce papers wondering what the hell she should do even those a small sentence that Chris said had stuck with her since the moment it had left his lips? She couldn’t even look at him when he said it, she was already in tears being in the same ring as he was just a little over a week ago and Chris said it almost so casually as if he knew that sooner or later Courtney would be in front of him and he would need to say this and had rehearsed it for days.  “Courtney I love you and what I loved about you is that you were always better with actions than you were with words so go ahead and show me what it is you want with an action.�?Its been haunting her and you can see it on her face. Courtney hates being one of those people that doesn’t have a plan. Her entire life, she has always known what it was she was going to do next to get to where she wanted to be, but for once she isn’t quite sure which is the next step to take. Finally Courtney moves and uncrosses her legs and pushes her ring back up as she snatches the stack of divorce papers up off the table and heads for the door. She violently whips open the door as she begins to head down the hall. It is obvious to where she is going with the divorce papers at hand as she has to walk clear across the entire backstage area to reach Christopher’s locker room on the opposite side thanks to Trish Stratus who made sure that the two of them were on opposite sides of the building. Finally her space slows down as she approachs the locker room of Chris’s. She stands outside the door for a few minutes preparing herself to walk in as she is talking herself up making sure that it will be okay to walk in. Once she does Courtney doesn’t even knock on the door. She has livid with Chris long enough to know that there is no need to knock and announce herself coming in. As she walks in Chris is sitting on his sofa texting but closes his phone slowly as he see’s his wife walking in. He stands up as Courtney walks closer to him. The two of them are not even an arms length away from each other as Courtney just stares at him. She is almost paralyzed in movements. Looking into her husband’s eyes she is stunned for a moment. She slowly lifts up the papers to hand to him as Chris takes a tiny step closer or maybe Courtney imagines it. It all goes by way to fast as the next thing she knows she has the hand with the papers wrapped around Chris’s shoulder as his hand is around her neck cradling her head fingers running though her hair both kissing each other.
