%..nextMATCH: none set, yet.
%..herACCOMPLISHMENTS: wgef women's champion (2x; current). playboy covergirl (1x). miss. wgef 2008.
%..fromherMOUTH: okay so, this is probably a long-time comin' but eh, take it for what it's worth. it's highly time for a change, personalyl, and i am making the first moves in creating that change. so yes, consider my mind made up and all that jazzie-jazz. enjoy and i really don't see a point in replying, but if you must then go ahead, just no attacks, please. thanks! also, i did include a video thats like a "tribute" to chris mckenzie. please ignore any parts that have or say randy orton, lol...its the best i could do at such a short notice like this. hopefully everyone likes it :). anywho; enjoy!

It wasn’t as if Jeanette choose to lose her match last week against Adalyn Raine…but, being involved in so many other projects within the company, on top of being the Women’s Champion and the most sought after female wrestler in the entire United States…she had an off night. Even the best of people have off nights. I mean, even Undertaker’s lost to guys like Funaki or Shannon Moore -- even Triple H has lost to the Brooklyn Brawler…and we all remember how that one went down. Hell, he even lost to Jeff Hardy back in the early career of Jeff Hardy, when he wasn’t too well known for coming out on top over the big guys, when he was probably considered the weaker link of Team eXtreme?way before the amazing singles competitor that is Jeff Hardy now. If not, then, well?here’s a little reminder. So, yeah, even the best have their off nights in the ring and last Friday night was Jeanette’s. And, as upset as some may think she would be after that loss, she really wasn’t. Sure it was a loss, and it was against a woman she knew she could beat with her hands tied behind her back. Adalyn Raine was nothing special, she was no more special then any of the other females rolling around in the ring right now. The only thing that made her different from them, was that she was trained by her “tutor?--- and yes, we use that word loosely in this instance…very, very loosely. Well, if Courtney Helmsley-Michaels were to find out about those late night “training sessions?she may begin to doubt her marriage again. And, would you blame her? There were often times that Chris would’ve rather spent his time pursuing Adalyn, training her to be the “next best thing?as opposed to spending time with his family, with his wife and kids. But hey, this isn’t the Young and the Hopeless?this is World’s Greatest E-Federation?it’s wrestling. We don’t have time for fake, soap opera dramatics here. And naturally, Chris Michaels probably celebrated the biggest night of his young protégé’s career…the only big night she’ll ever have. Facing and beating Jeanette Salazar was, quite literally, Adalyn Raine’s fifteen minutes of fame. It was her time to shine and she did, but that time’s long gone and past by now…and it’s the only time the girl would ever have. Hell, here it’s been almost two weeks later and she’s back to her usual, unpredictable, unreliable self…nowhere to be found. Of course, if one were to follow Chris Michaels for a day, we’d probably find her…but, that’s neither here nor there. As a female competitor; the road to the top was rocky, it was hard and full of victories and heart break, but in the end…to get there, it was all more then worth it. But now, now it was time for a change. After working with both Kaylee Adams and Trish Stratus very, very closely for what seemed like a month already, Jeanette had the biggest decision of her entire life, her entire career to make. Well, maybe not her life…that came about the moment she said “I do?to Kevin Sane and became his wife. Which, we must say, is going swimmingly well…and now, now she gets to watch her proud husband face off against one of his biggest rivals, his worst enemy…a man he held a lot of respect for, but also detested more then any other person walking the face of the earth. They had history, and none of it was ever the good kind…no matter what happened, in the end, to find out just who the best of the best was, it came down to these two. And, like any other times before…it was down to these two again. And, judging by the rest of the competition they would have, one of these two men would, indeed, become the next WGEF World Heavyweight Champion. Naturally, as a devoted wife I had all the confidence in the world for my husband, he was an amazing competitor and taught me well…and I knew he would do fantastic in the match. He had it in him to beat Ryan Payne…and this Friday was his chance to prove that. But, it wasn’t this Friday?it wasn’t and this wasn’t about Ryan Payne…it wasn’t about Kevin Sane…it wasn’t about anyone else but Jeanette. Right now, it was time to make a decision, a decision that could make or break her career and an entire division that relies heavily on the young, beautiful, extremely talented Jeanette Salazar…the Beautiful Phenomenon.

What would her decision be?

The ringside area lights go completely out, as an opening beat begins to play. After around fifteen seconds of the beat playing, the sounds of Danity Kane's "Flawless" is heard booming from the public address system, as multiple spot lights begin to randomly go off on the stage. Emerging from behind the black curtain, is the gorgeous auburn haired beauty, which sends the entire arena packed full of people, into a major uproar. Jeanette Salazar walks out onto the stage stopping right at the edge of the stage, before walking onto the ramp. With a smile on her face, she bends just slightly, blowing a kiss to all the fans in

attendance at tonight's event. Standing upright, she begins to slowly saunter down the ramp, swaying her hips in a very natural way, as she heads down from the stage to the ring, stopping to shake and slap the hands of some of the fans on her way down. Bringing the microphone up to her lips, WGEF’s ring announcer Kelly Young proudly announce the arrival of the company‘s champion, "
Ladies and gentlemen, making her way to the ring from San Juan, Puerto Rico...she is the current World’s Greatest E-Federation Women’s Champion and your voted Miss. WGEF 2008, the Beautiful Phenomenon...Jeanette Salazar!" As Jeanette gets closer to the ring, she heads up the steel steps, and goes directly to the center of the ring apron, standing there for just a few minutes, before turning so that her back faces the ring and the front of her body faces the stage. She quickly unsnaps the belt from around her waist, holding it up in the air for the crowd in attendance to see, before placing it on the ring apron between her feet, a smile proudly etched onto her face. Extending her arms along the top ring ropes, she grabs a hold of them, planting one of her feet firmly on the bottom rope, using the other to push her up and over the ring, doing a perfect back flip into the ring. The crowd, still cheering for her in unison, snap pictures as she lands on her feet inside the ring, with a smile on her face. Throwing her hands into the air, she goes to the back right turnbuckle, climbing to the middle ropes and blows the crowd yet another kiss, before extending one of her arms out and doing a little chest shimmy while the other holds her championship belt into the air proudly, which seems to be a crowd pleaser. Jumping down from that turnbuckle, she then travels to the front left turnbuckle, climbing to the middle rope and repeating the actions, the crowd pop seems to be just as big on this side as it was for the other. With a smile on her face, she jumps off the turnbuckle, placing her championship belt over her left shoulder, and heads to the back of the ring, requesting a microphone form the ring announcer.

Standing in the center of the ring, Jeanette had a huge smile on her face as she tightly embraced her championship belt. She won the belt almost two months ago, December the 17th, her first match back from an extended two and a half month leave of absence, defeating Ivy Stratus to become the champion for the second time in her short, illustrious career. The crowd, still in an uproar over the arrival of their favorite diva in the WGEF, Jeanette again raised the championship belt high into the air, letting out a few laughs as the crowd applauded her. She’d been on top of the world from the moment she walked into WGEF over ten months ago…she was only two months shy of celebrating her first year of being a WGEF superstar and she’d managed to become a two time Women’s Champion and was named Miss. WGEF 2008...Jeanette truly was living on cloud nine. Slowly, Jeanette brought the microphone up to her lips with a smile on her face, as she gently placed the championship belt over her shoulder, displaying it proudly for everyone to see, as the crowd’s chorus of cheers slowly began to die down to a dull roar. ?/FONT>You know, it seems like just yesterday when I first walked through those black curtains over there, marched down that ramp, got into this ring and competed in my very first match against Summer Fox. I lost that night, if any of you could recall that far back, but I put up one hell of a fight?a fight that she’d never forget. A fight that, probably was one of her better ones…even she’d tell you that?Jeanette started off saying, with a smile on her face as she took a quick pause. ?/FONT>And not a month later, did I walk down that ramp at my first pay-per-view event…King of the Ring 2008 to face off against a former Intercontinental and Women’s Champion in Sharmaine James, defeating her to become the new WGEF Women’s Champion for the first time in my career. I was the successor to Summer Fox’s month after month, very phenomenal reign as the Women’s Champion. Sadly, it was set up to be myself against Summer in June at Judgement Day but, that just wasn’t meant to be. Summer tragically suffered a debilitating injury that would force her into a very, very early retirement, thus causing her to vacate her spot as the General Manager to Smackdown and her championship. It was a sad thing to watch someone with such potential, so much talent and poise about herself have to walk out the way she did but, at the same time, it was sort of poetic in a way. She walked in to be a champion and she walked out as a champion…there was probably no better, career ender for Summer then to leave the world of wrestling as the champion. And in her declaration speech, where she would make it known that she was forced into retirement, she immediately named me as her successor. Of course, that came a month later, when I finally did win this prestigious belt, held by only the greatest female wrestlers this company has ever seen. And, when I went on my extended leave of absence back at the end of September 2008, Tapanga Britt-James was named my successor in October. A match between she and I would’ve definitely been one for the ages. Definitely would’ve gone down in history as the best female match ever, the best female match in WGEF history?or wrestling history. She and I had so much potential to truly steal the spotlight…to steal the show. But, sometimes you get what you want and then other times, well…other times you simply don’t?she said, shrugging her shoulders. When you are a professional wrestler, you lose full control over mind, body and spirit at times. Sometimes the heart wants what the heart wants and sometimes you listen to that heart…sometimes your mind tells you that something is dangerous but your heart tells you to go for it, give it your best…it’s all or nothing and sometimes, just sometimes, you listen to that heart of yours…it’s never steered you wrong before.

?/FONT>And, many people have different views on how that match would’ve ended, who would’ve walked out the winner, who would’ve walked out the champion and now…now with her gone I guess we just may never know. But, who knows…maybe that girl’s passion for wrestling will bring her back to the WGEF one day. Like I said, you just never know. Fates are often twisted in this company…sometimes you think you know how things will end and sometimes you don’t?she said, her voice beginning to get somewhat scratchy. It’d been a rather rough week for Jeanette. On Sunday, at one p.m. she’d have to watch one of her best friends in the entire world, her adoptive “older brother?-- as she called him -- be buried at the young age of twenty-four. It was tragic, it was heartbreaking, especially for Jeanette. She was very, very close to Chris. ?/FONT>This week has been extremely rocky for me. This entire month has been rocky for me, actually. At the first pay-per-view of the year, both myself and Chris McKenzie successfully defended our championship belts against our competition, Angela Stewart and Dylan James. That would also be Chris?very last match with WGEF…he walked out on the company the next night, vacating the championship belt. To say that there were problems between himself and the entire management staff of this company would’ve been a severe understatement…both on and off camera’s, backstage…wherever. Things were just never good between them, not

since the moment he divorced Kaylee Adams. Not that any of this is her fault, by any means…but since that moment, things between Chris and management got even rockier. They were already on unsteady grounds before, but after the divorce things got worse off. This ending for Chris was a long time coming, so long…in fact…he’d been telling me about it since late September, early October, well before I even came back to the company. It was just that bad. But, the moment he walked out on this company was the moment a new star in the WGEF could’ve been born and, who knows…maybe it’s Ryan Payne…who knows, maybe it’s Deacon Havoc again…who knows, maybe it’s my husband, Kevin Sane
?she said, as the crowd erupted into cheers. To say that Kevin was both loved and respected by the fans was probably an understatement at this point. ?/FONT>All I know, is that opportunity always meets preparedness, and whomever of the men in this title tournament is more prepared for their opponents, for the matches, to become the new World Champion is the one that’ll have the opportunity to. It could be any of the guys in this tournament, they are all talented in one way or another. But in the end, it’ll come down to who has the most passion, the most heart…who wants it more?Jeanette said, pausing to catch her breath. ?/FONT>Now, I’m sure most of you have read online websites, I’m sure you all have seen on WGEF.com or even any of our myspace pages…if any of you happen to be apart of them…that earlier this week Chris McKenzie was found in his home by a neighbor, dead. He was meant to accompany Kia to a doctor’s appointment that morning to check on the health and status of their child, she’d get an update as to how far along she was and whether she was to have a boy or a girl. He was feeling a bit under the weather, he had been for some time now…as most of you could’ve noticed in the severe change in his behavior. He was, well for lack of better terms, off his marbles. And we all noticed it, and could do nothing more for him, except be there when he needed us, and we all were. He assured Kia he would follow her in his own vehicle, he would meet her there, he just needed to stop by a drug store and get some medicine. Unfortunately, he never made it that far. When he wasn’t there by the end of the appointment to pick her up -- she’d taken a taxi as opposed to driving herself, since Chris would’ve been there, they were going to have lunch and what have you, she began to get worried. She called the closest neighbor she had and he went and checked on Chris, finding him in the couples home. By the time he was found, it was too late to save Chris, it was too late to resuscitate him?he was gone. Love him or hate him, many in this industry, in this business and yes, even in this company, held a lot of respect for him, for everything he did. He gave his all each and every night in this ring, he came out here and put his body, his life on the line every night to be the very best and he proved, time and time again, against all competitors, that he was. Kia’s spent the majority of the week settling his estate between herself and Kaylee, for little Caleb’s portion, I’ve helped as much as I could with arrangements and making sure things were done, and Kia’s been distraught the entire week…I don’t think it’s really, truly hit her yet, that she’s become a widow so young, so fresh into their marriage. I know that I, for one, could never imagine losing Kevin in that way, how I would feel, how it would effect me. As most of you know, Chris and I shared a closeness that was probably the strangest of relationships to everyone. I’m the good guy, the calm one, the nice one and he was the mean, jerk man that everyone hated. To see he and I share any moments together that were friendly, that often times made him seem like the protective older brother he was to me, was probably strange to most people. But the Chris McKenzie that everyone knew on camera or backstage was so much more different then the Chris McKenzie that I knew off cameras, during our off time. The Chris McKenzie that spent three days with me at my Pasadena, Texas home the week that Justin and I broke up, trying to mend a broken heart…we were alone for three days and, despite what people might think, all we did was stay up and talk, all he did was let me cry, let me heal and help me realize that, losing Justin wasn’t the end of the world. That is the Chris McKenzie I knew, the Chris McKenzie that I loved as a part of my family. The funeral for him is this Sunday near his home with Kia and tonight, as we look forward to a brand new turn of events for WGEF, a new “era?if you will, I’d like to pay my own tribute to the legacy that was Chris McKenzie’s career. Myself and Summer put this together for all of you, for the world, for those that really loved Chris, as a means of giving him the send off that he deserved. Chris, this one’s for you babe, you’ll always be loved and missed?she said, her voice even more scratchy now, then before, as a tribute video for Chris McKenzie played, the song that was mixed in was Creed’s “My Sacrifice?

As the video tribute ended, Jeanette held a white tissue in her hand, clutching it tightly as she wiped what tears managed to stream down her cheeks. It was sort of a solemn moment in her career, probably the first time that WGEF camera’s caught her in a moment like this, so sad, so blue. Clearing her throat, she attempted to regain her composure as she brought the microphone back to her lips. ?/FONT>I know that people have their own view of Chris, the man that entertained all of you day in and day out for years. I know that people dislike him for his actions, for things he said and did, but I do want to thank you for showing him the respect he deserved, as the tribute played. I know it doesn’t mean much now, with him gone, but to show him that respect, he would’ve appreciated it, I’m sure?she said, wiping away a few more tears that streamed down her face. ?/FONT>Now, at the beginning of this month, I’d been working very, very closely with Trish Stratus and Kaylee Adams in a means of finding some way to revive the Women’s Division here in WGEF…to give it a second life, to renew it’s life…and so far, our hopes have all failed because there really still isn’t anyway outside myself and like one other that could be the leading force for the females. And, it was brought to my attention months ago that, my time in the Women’s Division were over. I’ve beaten just about everyone there is to beat at this point, and I’ve done all that I could’ve done for this company as their Women’s Champion…it’s sort of become like a broken record, of sorts. And, it’s time for a change. So, when it came down to it, I was put in the position of making a decision that would rock the entire division and maybe even the entire roster. It was brought to my attention, that this was something that was both extremely drastic, but extremely necessary, in order to revive the sinking ship that is the WGEF Women’s Division. Kaylee and Trish left it solely up to me to come up with an idea to save this division before it was too late, and left it up to me to decide what I would do with my own career, as far as WGEF is concerned. Well, you can all rest assured, I will not be leaving the company. Not now, not for a very long time…maybe not ever. One never knows what the future has in store but for right now, my career is devoted to WGEF. As far as the other things are concerned…well, my time’s run out…my decision had to have been made by the end of the month and, it was. Late last night, after discussing it with friends, with family, with those that I hold close…including Chris before his untimely passing…I came to my final decision, and one that may not be well liked by all of you, but it’s one that I must do. On February the 15th of 2009, WGEF will venture into it’s second pay-per-view event of this year, Whatever it Takes and, that name could not be more fitting for what’s in store for the women’s division. I will do whatever it takes to keep this division alive, even if it means vacating this championship belt, so that some other, deserving woman can get the chance to shine. And, as of February the 15th of 2009, I will be vacating this belt?she said, as the crowd watched on, in shock, not knowing what exactly to say or think…or do. ?/FONT>It’s been a decision that has rattled my brain for weeks, its partly why I was off my game against Adalyn Raine. But I know that this decision is the right one for the company, for the division and for myself. As I venture out to do bigger and better things, I also want to give the same opportunities that I

had, to another girl that deserves them. So, at Whatever it Takes the championship belt will officially become vacated?the bell will ring and six females will stand in this ring, one of them walking out the new Women’s Champion for WGEF. Over the next couple of weeks, I will be paying close attention to the ladies of this company, giving them all look over as they prove to me why they deserve to be the champion over anyone else. And, at Whatever it Takes I will be the special guest referee…handing the championship belt to whomever my successor might be. Right now, I’ve got a few ideas of the girls that are ranking the top of my list to be in this match, but I won’t settle on names until I give them all a chance to prove themselves. And, it all starts now. In every match that these ladies have, I will be watching…whether it’s from the back, from the comfort of my home, or from right here at ringside, I will be watching. And just before the pay-per-view I will walk out to this ring and name off the six females that will compete in this match. And, it’ll be on that night that I announce the type of match that these ladies will actually be competing in. And, as soon as the bell rings for Whatever it Takes, I will no longer be the Women’s Champion. Which means that, as of February the 15th, we will see a brand new WGEF Women’s Champion crowned. It could be any of the ladies back there, they all have the potential to be the champ…but only one of them will have the opportunity to
?she said, pausing as she paced the ring, knowing that this would make the decision final…there would be no turning back now, and she was okay with that. ?/FONT>As far as I’m concerned…as far as my career is concerned…no need to fret. This isn’t the last you’ll see of Jeanette Salazar. I will be working my way back up the rankings, like I have so many times before, only this time, it won’t be in the Women’s Division. I’ve made the career decision to move onward and upward, as some would say. And, I will be challenging for the Intercontinental Championship belt?this sent the crowd into a chorus of cheers, as it’s been wanted by both them and Jeanette for a long, long time. ?/FONT>I realize it’ll take time to work up the rankings, to earn a chance at fighting for that belt, and I am willing to go as far as need be, to work as hard as humanly possible, to get into this ring, to face off for and become the new Intercontinental Champion. To the ladies in the back, I hope that you are all wearing you’re impressive shoes because, if you have any dreams of ever becoming the WGEF Women’s Champion, you will need them. And to Trish and Spear; whomever of you happens to walk out the Intercontinental Champion at Whatever It Takes…well, you’re starring into the face of a future opponent. Whether it’s next month, next week or two months from now…I will meet for that belt, and I will take it?she said, as she smiled. And with that, her decision had been made and things could finally start moving in a progressive way. She handed the microphone back to Kelly Young, who stood at ringside, as she raised her championship belt over her head, taking a proud bow to acknowledge her fans. She did it a second time, this time facing the opposite side of the ring, as her theme music began to blare from the public address system. She brought her hand to her lips and blew a kiss to the fans, with a huge smile on her face…probably the biggest smile she’s had since the day she got married to the love of her life; Kevin. As she exited the ring, she could feel the tears come up as she held her championship belt and thought of her friend Chris, it was a rather emotional week for Jeanette, to say the least. Running from the backstage area, through the curtains, was Kevin -- her husband. He wrapped his arms around her and lightly kissed her forehead, as he brought her in tightly for a hug. He hated seeing her with tears in her eyes, to see her heart broken like it was over the death, but he knew that she’d manage to get past it. The duo walked backstage through the curtain, he held her close to him as things faded off, giving everyone the chance to think over what she’d just said…the enormous decisions she’s made. What would this mean for the WGEF Women’s division? Only good things, we hope!
