The scene opens up inside of the Oregon Bar and Grille somewhere in the heart of Tokyo, Japan and as it does a black stretch limo pulls into the parking lot coming to a stop just in front of the main entrance doors. As the engine dies the left front door swings open and a middle aged man dressed in a plain black suit with a white dress shirt underneath steps out and makes his way to the back door pulling it open. Trish Stratus Copes slides out first dressed in a black mini dress that reaches mid thigh with matching high heels. Her luscious blonde hair hung loosely down her back swaying with each step she took. As she smoothes out her dress her husband Deacon Havok slides out dressed in a nice pair of navy blue slacks with a gray and blue striped button down shirt that is hugging his body. As Deacon comes up beside her Trish slides her hand in his before turning around. She turns around and thanks the driver for his help before following Deacon inside. As the two step inside they made their way across the rather large room over to a small booth in the back, taking notice of the obvious lack of costumers. Deacon slid in first soon followed by Trish. Trish picked up the drink list looking it up and down, finally decided what she wanted before handing the list over to Deacon. Deacon gave the list a quick glance as the waitress came over to their table. Trish ordered a Jack and Coke while Deacon ordered a Screwdriver. After jotting their orders down on her pad she gave them a slight nod then disappeared to fill their orders. %Trish Stratus Copes% This isn’t the best place in the world but it’ll do, I suppose. I just wanted someplace nice where we could celebrate. Deacon raises an eyebrow. %Deacon Havok% Celebrate? What are we celebrating? %Trish Stratus Copes% Our upcoming victory over Phoenix and Mari tomorrow night. Deacon lets out a small laugh. %Deacon Havok% Got that all planned do you? Shouldn’t we wait till tomorrow night to celebrate? %Trish Stratus Copes% What on earth for? It’s not like Phoenix and Mari are going to be all that much of a challenge. Phoenix is to busy wetting himself over the hope of finally getting a win over you and ending your career. That’s the only reason he challenged us to the match, wasn’t because he wanted to have a better match than the main event, it was because he’s all butt hurt that he didn’t get a chance at you back in June when you went out with your neck injury. %Deacon Havok% Butt hurt? That’s an image I could have done without. %Trish Stratus Copes% Hey it’s not my fault that it’s true. Why else would he and Mari challenge us to a match like this? Phoenix saw it as his chance to not only put an end to this feud you two have going on but his one and only chance at trying to end your career. %Deacon Havok% It’s going to put an end to our rivalry I can assure him that much but as far as him ending my career, that isn’t going to happen. Hell Phoenix couldn’t manage to come close even on his best day much less trying to give himself an added advantage by getting the cell to do most of the work for him. %Trish Stratus Copes% Yea well this is the same man that was under the impression that he’s given me more of a challenge then anyone else. Not that his delusion is anything new but still, him thinking that going with a Hell in a Cell was going to help him end your career is a stretch even for him. Then there’s his bringing Mari and I into it. What…does he think that his little girlfriend is going to put an end to my career too? %Deacon Havok% Knowing Phoenix I wouldn’t put it past him. %Trish Stratus Copes% Considering the look on Mari’s face when Phoenix mentioned the cell, I don’t see that even coming close to happening. She’s all freaked out because she’s never been in this type of match before. Neither have I but do you see me with a look of fear on my face? (Deacon shakes his head) Of course not, simply because I could care less what the stipulation is. Phoenix wants him and his little sweetie beaten to a bloody pulp in one of the most demonic matches there is then so be it. Mari, on the other hand, is obviously afraid of scarring that pretty little face of hers by having it grated across every side of that cell till blood pours from her face like water from a faucet. Why do you think she’s keeping quiet about it? She’s afraid her fears are going to show and then everyone will know that she’s not the tough competitor they thought she was. That inside she’s just a scared little girl afraid to step into something that she knows is going to hurt her. %Deacon Havok% You really have it in for this girl, don’t you? If I didn’t know better I’d swear that Mari has gotten on your bad side at some point and as far as I know she’s one of the few people who haven’t pissed you off. Trish snickers. %Trish Stratus Copes% She don’t have to get under my skin in the least bit for me to have it in for her. She’s with Phoenix…that’s enough. If she’s stupid enough to associate with him then she has it coming to her. Besides it might be fun bringing her fears to reality and using them to get another win on my record. %Deacon Havok% You’re awfully sadistic tonight. It almost seems like this match is more about you and Mari then it is about Phoenix and I settling this feud between us once and for all. %Trish Stratus Copes% A girl has to have her fun doesn’t she? The waitress comes back to the table carrying their drinks. She sits the Jack and Coke down in front of Trish and the Screwdriver in front of Deacon. Trish reaches into her purse pulling out some money. She hands it to the waitress who soon disappears leaving them alone once again. Trish takes a quick sip of hers then sits it back down on the table. %Deacon Havok% Oh I know you’re going to have your fun. I know you far to well to doubt other wise. %Trish Stratus Copes% That’s more like it. You can do whatever it is you want to do Phoenix while I’m going to keep myself busy giving Mari a much needed face lift. %Deacon Havok% And you don’t think at some point she’s going to try giving you one? She’s far from being a slacker you know. %Trish Stratus Copes% I have no doubts that she’s going to try to get in a little something. She does have to live up to the reputation these morons have of her, don’t she? They have her on some sort of pedestal like she’s a freaking Queen or whatever they have here, so naturally she’s going to do everything she can to live up to it. Who knows she might even grow a backbone and actually do something note worthy. As much as I doubt it I could up being surprised. %Deacon Havok% Mari hears you talking like that and you might get more of one than you think. %Trish Stratus Copes% Good. She could use a fire lit under her ass. Trish lets out a laugh that catches the attention of a small group of men that were sitting at a small table a few feet away. Seeing them staring over at her out of the corner of her eye she turns her attention towards them shooting them a look that tells them to mind their own business. The men quickly turn their gaze away from Trish and Deacon, pretending to be interested in the drinks in front of them. %Trish Stratus Copes% Alright since this is a celebration, I say it’s high time we do a toast. (She takes a deep breath as the words come to her) To Deacon, here’s to finally teaching Phoenix the lesson he’s had coming to him for months and proving to him that you are far better than him. %Deacon Havok% That was the best toast I’ve ever heard. Now I have to say something about you beating Mari. (He pretends to think) Let’s see, what could I say? %Trish Stratus Copes% How about it’s going to be like taking candy from a baby? %Deacon Havok% Not sure if those were the exact words I would have chosen but I suppose it works. %Trish Stratus Copes% Well of course it does. (Trish sits her empty glass down) What do you say to blowing this dump and doing something a little more entertaining? %Deacon Havok% Sounds like a plan to me. As Deacon finishes his drink Trish grabs her purse from on the floor between her feet. She slides over a few inches past the table and rises to her feet, flicking a stray piece of hair back behind her shoulder as she makes her way around the table. She slides her hand in Deacon’s giving him a smile as they head back through the semi empty building to their waiting limo. |
