Just wanted to share with you my success in having four poems accepted for the Chester Poets anthology  (lol even got my mug on the cover oi!! who threw that dart?!)

 

Anyways a book launch took place in the Bear and Billet an old pub in the heart of Chester..there was no one there at 7.30 yet by 8 they were either standing or sitting on the floor,  no chairs left!!

 

Well just imagine me getting up to read....  nerves oh yes definately some nerves but as the pub sold real ale they didnt last too long...

 

Well thats about it..except I have been asked to read some stuff again oh and someone read Summers Love in Bridlington at a poetry a thon?..lol 

 

Just wanted to share coz I am well chuffed...now I gotta start submitting my poems again...stopped doing that for various  reasons   (I wear my rejections with pride!)

but also I keep the mags that I have been in...lololo...hope all are well...xx
