'The way you read i can just picture what is being said.'
That's a lovely comment to make Peggy. My mind thinks in pictures so I'm pleased this has worked in this way for you.

Oh, Pip....you know I found this in your Collective Collection and loved it there, so ... thank you very much for choosing this one of your, but, lol, (as Peggy already said) when I read this there, I heard you as you read here...I can noe pace the speed and the tone of your voice when reading your work and today endorsed that for me, but still great to have the 'real thing', lol, thanks, Pip, a super romantic piece, Zy ps. Where's Mrs Pip's reading gone? |

'can not pace the speed and the tone of your voice when reading your work'
That's the pleasure for me zy. Each person bringing their own music to a poem. I've deeply appreciated all your readings.

'There is only one thing I would change and that is to add the verse in your original posting.'
Will do Stella. I find this audio business a little tricky so forget to post the poem as well sometimes!
many thanks

Perhaps her love collects amber moments, ornaments in display with happy smiles everlasting. A room devoid of clocks ticking, alive in bloom of hyacinth scent that she breathes and believes in him.
Cloistered they play in candlelight. He talks of oysters and she dreams of poets and pearls. Red wine flows to laughter, shadows entwined, now is the time. He takes her hand with care, emerald eyes enchanting, with tender touch reveals on bended knees, a ring. She smiles.
