OFTEN, IN LIFE EVERY THING COMES AT ONCE , WE CAN,T PAY THE BILLS , THE KIDS ARE PLAYING UP, THE OLD MANS ODDER THAN USUAL, (BEEN THERE LOL) WHAT I HAVE FOUND HELPS ARE SOME REALY BASIC THINGS  THEY ARE A BIT BORING ....BUT...WORTHWHILE. OK, 1, FORCE YOURSELF THE FIND A HALF HOUR IN THE DAY IN PEACE AND QUIET, (DON,T WORRY IF THINGS SEEM SO BAD AT THIS STAGE YOU CAN,T EVEN TALK)2, GET A PEN AND PAPER. 3, FIND YOUR HALF HOUR, 4, SIT AS COMFORTABLE AS YOU CAN FOR 10 MINS, BREATH IN PEACE OUT ANXIETY, 5. NOW SHRUG YOUR SHOULDERS AND GENTLY ROLL YOUR NECK, ...FEEL BETTER ? 6. WHATS THE 1ST WORRY THAT COMES INTO MIND, NOW TELL YOURSELF YOU ARE ONLY GOING TO DEAL WITH THAT 1 PROBLEM    7, GET PEN AND PAPER , WORK OUT WHAT IT,S POSSIBLE TO DO , 8 . DO IT    NOW PUT AWAY YOUR PAPER AND LET GO AFTER YOU HAVE DONE ALL THAT,S POSSIBLE, THEN AFTER THAT WORK ON EACH PROBLEM IN THE SAME MANNER , DAY BY DAY, WATCH THE "MOUNTAIN " TURN INTO A SMALL HILL, THIS .....WORKS .......PROMISE.
