go for a walk, run up the stairs, dance as you hoover and dust,
go swimming, join an exercise class.....
<now for the science bit>
the execise releases "happy hormones" called endorphins...
these help boost your mood...
AND
The exercise helps you sleep better.....
AND
the exercise.... boosts your appertite so you eat (which releases more of the happy hormones)
AND
if you manage to do a lot of exercise...you can treat yourself to a big bar of chocolate.... (see happy hormone part... and if you have exercised you don't need to feel guilty about the chocolate!)
