Pack the kids off somewhere... kick the hubby b/f out for a day and just focus on yourself... and don't feel guilty about it!
cut out all those things that are bad for you... the cigs, coffee,
tea, alcohol
...cakes.
& biscuits.... junk food (pi)
....
Eat instead...
a salad.. some fruit... herb teas... (especially chamomile)
Treat yourself...
To a long bath, a manicure & pedicure, give your hair a deep conditioning treatment...
Spend time on you!
Can't manage a day?
Try an hour? Just do something for yourself....! and don't feel guilty about it...
