Haven't updated my diary for a while so I thought if I came clean maybe I'll get back on track.

 

Well I've been b-a-d   back to a bottle of wine a night....... all started when the ex Narcassistic man who WAS in my life and obviously needs a bit of narsasistic supply....probably between relationships and feeling a bit low..... Has been texting me, wanting to meet.

  Ruby always used to be a soft touch so I'll just tap into her supply again untill I feel better then devalue and disguard as I always do.

 

Only THIS time Ruby's wise to the pattern, THIS time Ruby WON'T get sucked in. THIS time Ruby's STRONG >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>.

 

Except she's HUMAN and STILL in love with the   who knows how to ring my bells untill   except he's not a frog he's a   with no soul or empathy.

 

WHEN will this end????????????? WHEN will I truly have MY life back??????????
