1 decide if you truly seek empowerment ,2decide on the areas you feel you need to work on, ie; self worth, speaking up for yourself, confidence,3 commitement, decide if you are willing to commit yourself daily on working on your weak areas (only you can do this)4. be ready to give yourself the, time, energy and respect you give to others, be prepared to love yourself warts and all,5 be prepared to say ,,, no,,,and mean it, 6be ready for storms, "others"will not like you changing,7 allow laighter and joy into your daily life, if only going for a walk and smiling at the beauty of nature,8 be patient with depression , remrmber it is a tunnel to walk through not a brick wall you have to smash through,8 let anxiety go , you do not have to have control over all aspects of your life, let go let god, let peace take over,9 try, if you can to begin to trust your instincts , listen to the inner voice,10, and this is up to you, if you can bringhope/faith into your life look for a divine source.Rusty |
