This meditation is for people who have problems sticking to the peace and to a meditation. It is one that will help you to stay with it as it keeps the mind occupied. Please try it...

 
Ok, I want you to use visualisation, if you cannot visualise then just know it is happening...
We start of by finding a comfortable chair to sit in, not too comfortable and try to have one that helps you to sit upright. I want you to close your eyes and try to get a rhythm to your breathing, you do this by taking deep breathe, I do this to the count of four, if you have problems with breathing then do it to a count that you can manage, but count the breathes. So you take a breathe in to the count of four, hold it for the count of four, then push that breathe out to the count of four. You are best to breathe in through the nose, and out through the mouth. 
I want you to start with your solar plexus, see it as a beautiful red, with all of this exercise you need to do this slowly taking your time and enjoy the feelings the colours bring to you. Now I want you to fill your body with the red, going into all your organs, your extremities, toes and fingers... when your body is filled with the colour you need to push the colour out into your aura, see it surrounding your body, feel the colour and what it brings to you...
Now I want you to go to your heart, see the heart as yellow, then I want you to fill your body with the yellow, going into all the body, into all the organs, finger & toes... Now I want you to push the yellow out into your aura, see it all around your body, a beautiful sunny yellow.
Now I want you to think of your throat, see your mouth, your tongue, your throat and see it as green, a beautiful fresh green, then I want you to fill your body with that green, see it filling your body, feel the colour and what it brings to you... Now I want you to push that green out into the aura to join red and yellow, see all three colours in the aura. Now I want you to go to the third eye, in the centre of your forehead and see it as Blue, a beautiful blue, you feel the beauty of it, now fill your body with that beautiful colour, see it filling your body and feel what that colour is bringing to you... Now I want you to send that colour out into the aura to join the other colours, see all four colours together in your aura, and I want you to now push those colours out, expand them till they are filling the room, now just sit in the beauty of that room of colour, each colour blends with each other making new colours, watch as this is happening and enjoy...
Congratulations you have just completed your first meditation... I do hope that it helps you to go on and do others now, but please practice this one over and over till you have perfected it...
