Waterfall Meditation
See yourself walking through a meadow, following a path. See the path travelling off into the trees. Feel the air caress your skin, soft, inviting and comforting.
Take note of the trees, flowers, animals, butterflies, and all that may be on your path. Take a moment to appreciate the energy they offer you. Walk along the path, and through the trees, smell the fresh crisp clean air. Let it fill you up. Hear the songs of nature gently humming to your soul. Keep walking until there's a clearing. Listen to the water tumbling from the waterfalls. Here the whispers calling to you. Once you emerge into the clearing, look up and see the spray of sunshine spreading across the waterfall, the plants and water like long slender fingers.
Walk now to the edge of the water. Look down and see your reflection there. Dip your toes into the cool clear, refreshing waters, and walk across to the waterfalls. Let the spray wash over you, cleansing you of all negativities that have been troubling you.
Walk lightly, treading carefully
See the spray of golden hues
Feel the array of colors upon you
in majestic, gold, reds and blues
Allow the waters to heal you
Feel the peace within your soul
Allow the waters to bathe you
Cleansing you from the old
Keep this image free of debris
Allow your mind to to expand
Ask your senses to truly see
Open your heart to understand
Forgiveness whilst under the spray
Your soul now sings with delight
For when the water fades away
You may now breathe in the light
Now bring yourself back through the waters, and back through the pathway, following it through the trees, and all the way back to you where you are now.
