I cant, like a lot of people meditate so i do it my own way which works for me.
I find some songs im in the mood to play and sit, just sit wherever i feel comfortable and if need be with the headphones on, so as not to disturb anyone, then i just clear my mind the best i can and let the music take me away, not to anywhere spacific, just away from where i am.
Works for me.
