FOR YEARS, I WAS , A TIMID ACTOR, PRETENDING TO BE SOO SWEET, ......A PEOPLE PLEASER,,,, NO EXCUSES, BUT THIS CAME FROM A GIANT LACK OF INNER CONFIDENCE, I HAD BEEN TOLD I WAS USELESS SO LONG, BY MY MOTHER (LOL AMONG OTHER THINGS)I BELIEVED, THAT IF YOUR OWN MOTHER THINKS THAT OF YOU , IT MUST BE SO , !!SO I TRIED TO PLEASE , AGREED WITH ALL, TO SAVE ROWS, THEN , I WENT INTO THERAPY, I LEARNT, MY MOTHERS OPINION WAS COLOURED BY HER LIFE EXPERIENCES, NOT MINE,AFTER A LOT OF WORK , I GREW STRONG, NO MORE PEOPLE PLEASING! ....YET.... EVERY NOW AND THEN , WHEN I,M VERY VULNERABLE , I STILL REVERT, ...... BUT...... NOW THE DIFFERENCE IS I RECOGNISE WHAT I,M DOING AND I STOP. |
