Its so easy in conversation to simply react to "words" spoken to us, i,m very guilty of this. But each action gives a reaction, on some level, so next time your spoken to , try taking a deep breath and think before you speak, remember the old science of "cause and effect" the way in which we phrase words , can often effect the outcome of a "scenario"  for eg; i feel , instead of "i,m ruddy angry, " or should we ? instead of " why did you? lol feel the difference?

i am so awkward around some people
 
today i gave a friend a birthday peresent
 
and later on she told me she liked it
 
i just totally froze, and just said some stupid lines!
 
tis so annoying, and happens so frequently
 
but ill work through it, and i wont let it get me down!
