I'm a 52 year old wife, mother of 4, and grandmother of 5. I was born and raised here in South Louisiana. My life is centered around my family and I love cooking for them. I also enter cooking contests in which I've won several awards. I worked in the nursing field until the early 80s then decided to stay at home and take care of the kids. I've never regreted that decision. My older three (Justin-31, Shelly-28, & April-25) are all grown and living very productive lives. I'm now stay at home mom to AJ (Alwin Jr.-13) soon to be 14. I spend my time doing the things that I like to do (like listening to my gospel tapes, reading my bible, cooking, collecting cookbooks & recipes, spending time on the computer and just enjoying life with my family. Thanks for allowing me to join your wonderful group. I'm and assistant manager of a cooking group and do the daily greeting, birthday, anniversary and monthly competition congrats. Your backgrounds are all beautiful, very helpful and makes my job easy. Thanks again!
