Yes Debbie,

As far as I can tell I think it would be ok - however if you can find the original Artist for © info that would be great! Be sure to put it on the Graphic.

Hello to you both..

Well it looks like there has been a mistake as i snagged
two of these from Little Acorns Fotki Album (AKA Annie) with her permission
of course and she them there as blanks but and no © on them..But i have since
done a Google serch on them and they are © to Maija a well known artist
and she is a NONO!!!

So i will be emailing Annie and advising her to delete them for her protection
and i will also be deleting them from this group..This © frenzy ATM is becoming
a nightmare so from now on unless it has © by (The artists name) on the Tag
i am simply not going to offer it as a snag or blank here in the group..

Sorry for all the trouble sweetie but i will be better prepared from now on..

I am so sorry Jewels for giving out the wrong info- This Copyright thing has just about done me in as far as that goes. It seems that so many artists have become a no- no lately that its almost not worth it to try to use art in any form!Now even the background tiles makers are getting into the © thing.

You just dont know what to do anymore!!!

Well, Sorry for venting but you would think that these artists would be proud and flattered to have someone use their work- I know I would!

I agree with you sweetie 100% i think it has all gone crazy now after all the
MSN Groups are for fun and not for profit so i don't see the harm but even
though we may not agree with all the rules they still have to be followed..

I try very hard to keep this group © friendly but it gets to me also sometimes
as there are so many beautiful tags around that have no © on them at all and
i end up spending sooooooooo much time trying to find out who the artist
is that sometimes i just give up and just use the ones i know are ©Safe such
a shame too as in the end these ones will never get seen and admired simply
because they have no © on them..

I have to be so careful now what "Blanks" i offer to the members here on
our "Snags" boards it takes me ages to find safe ones these days and i had
to delete heaps from my P/Bucket albums cause i don't know who the artist
was and i don't want to waste HOURS searching for them either..

Oh well not much we can do about it as it looks like these issues are here
to stay now..
