This happens to me all the time sweetie,it simply means you have too
much info within your Background.Try to delete a few things and if
you have text don't make it to big you can edit it after you do get it
to load and add things later to it and try not to have large animations
or a large tag as this all takes up room and you can always add things
one at a time once you at least have it in there..
