I will answer your questions one at a time sweetie..

Now as to the first one about the "Newbie Approver" Link?? I am also a member of ..
"Chat Central Gateway" which is where i got mine originally from then i just also added a few
"Bells and Whistles" to it.. Now you may have to also join that group to use their "Approver"
i am not quite sure as it was quite a while ago for me now..

But if you do decide to join it
also does not have any strict posting requirements and it has lots of other great things for
you to see and try out for your group.

I also give you permission to snag and use mine (which i have posted below for you to just..
"Copy and Paste" it into your group) Just make sure you leave "Emily's Credits" on the bottom
of the Background please.

And as to your second question,i am afraid the this posting problem is related to MSN and we
are all having the same troubles ATM..

All you can do is to keep trying it is such a pain and
it has gotten a lot worse this past month for some reason.

Here are 2 tips below that may help you out with it though..

1.Go HERE and this takes you to my board that has some other MSN "Servers" on it and
sometimes one of these seem to work a little better but not all the time..

I also give you permission to "Snag and Use" this one in your group.

And i also have this tip for you that when you finally do get the reply box up and you have
added your message and pictures to it, BEFORE you click that "SEND" button it pays to hit
Control and "C" which will copy your entire message and then when you post and it comes
up with... "Mmmmm Can't find that page"

message instead of having to redo it all over
again you then only have to hit "Control V" which will "Paste" your entire message once again
back for you when you do manage to get a new "message box" up..

I have found that this
has saved me many hours of frustration with MSN when in the begining i had to try and
remember everything that i had in the previous lost message.

It has also saved me when
i have posted a new "Background" that i have just created only to have it lost in "Cyberspace"
somewhere..

Newbie Approver

Many managers have their groups set as "Public restricted and/or Moderated" to keep the spammers and trolls out. Problem is that often a potentially good member doesn't take the time or forgets to put a note in the application. Sometimes the note is too generic (similar to a spambot) to make a decision. This Newbie Approver helps to make the job of weeding out the undesirables a little bit easier.

Introduction

     The newbie approver is designed to make it easier to accept good potential members as opposed to screening out bad ones. Profiles and E-mails are probably the least useful weapons in the arsenal. Spammers and trolls often have valid e-mails and profiles. A determined troll will even reply to e-mails and jump through whatever hoops you put in front of them.

       The most valuable tool is the search. Nicknames that have a track record of making legitimate posts in other groups will more than likely be good members or at least not cause trouble in your group.

     Sometimes the search may not bring up anything on a prospective member. This is not a good sign, but before you hit the deny button, consider that they may be new to groups or only post in private groups. If the message they leave you leads you to believe this is the case, the best way to handle this is to send them an e-mail from a junk e-mail account created solely for this purpose and see if they reply.
Or you can GOOGLE their name!!!

How do I view a MSN profile?

Log into your MSN Messenger account, open the main window,
and Right-Click on one of your contacts in your contact list,and select: View MSN Profile from the list.This will open a new window in your browser, and link you to the profile of that contact. If you wish to search for new people, you will have to go to the site http://members.msn.com and there you can search for a new contact with lots of preferences to filter out just the person you're looking for.
