Hi everyone,
We have received some updates from Kenny Kiernan, which can be read here: http://kennyk.com/pspers.htm
Kenny has decided to revoke his FTU permissions, and be fully Pay-To-Use only. He just wasn't able to protect
his art from misuse, and so decided that this would be the best way for him to manage his copyright.
We understand that Kenny's work was all over the place, and we don't want everyone to panic about this!
MSN groups and Forum mods/owners: Please do not feel like you have to go back through every post looking
for old posts. The posts have dates on them, and we can clearly see that they were posted before this decision
was made and announced. You do not need to go searching for old tags to delete them.
Also, if you have Kenny K tubes in your file share account (4Shared, Pando, RapidShare etc) or for download
on your website, please remove them, as they will soon be offered on AMI.
Like I said, we know that Kenny's work was very popular and used ALOT, and we will keep this in mind for
the next little while. We understand that it takes time to reach all corners of the net, and that it takes time to track stuff down.
I am very sorry if this news upsets anyone, but it is Kennys art, and ultimately, his decision.
