1. Open up your image in AS as usual.
2. Select File,then Optimization Wizard(see below)

3. On the"Optimized Output"window, make sure that
"Animated Gif File"and "Replace current animation with
optimized"are checked then click "next"(see below)

4. Click on"Customize"(see below)

 
5.  On the "Colors"tab,make sure its set as seen below:

6. Click on the "Optimizations" tab at the top and make
sure the settings are as below: 

7. Click on the "Partial Transparency"tab and make
sure your settings are as below:

8. Once all of the above has been done, click on OK and
its a case of simply following the on-screen instructions.
