I have trimmed it down as much as i can to help you our sweetie by linking a couple of things
but if it's still too long you may have to add your "Guest Book" and "Vote" banner in after you load it..
(I hope it fits now for you i know this can be a real pain as i myself do up a great background to use
here in my group only to find this very thing you have and then i have to delete quite a bit just to get
it to load but then sometimes it will let me add back in quite a lot so i hope this also works for you..
 If it doesn't Annie may be able to resize your tag a bit as it is quite large and this might also
help you out..
