I am attempting to cut a compound frame, but, don't know the angle degree setup for a compound cut. Like 20 degree compound & what angle to set the mitre degree at. There must be a chart or not ???  Need Help !   Thanks in advance.  Larry

Larry, If you have a Home Depot in your area, go there and look in the book section. You will be looking for a book on crown molding. I believe there is a chart in that book.

Go here for a free program called Polycut ( down the page a ways) .
I think that will be what you are looking for.

My compound miter saw (Ryobi) came with instructions and a chart... how 'bout yours?  (Just don't ask me to find it in a hurry... I can't! LOL)
