I recently saw a program that seems easier to change a photo to black and white.  I don't remember the site, but it was for 18 dollars.  It included a cd and scrollwork plans.  Does anyone know of this site?  I am not that good with computers and am looking for an easier way other than Photo Shop or Corel.  Thanks.
