Advice that was posted on another forum!
 
If you attend craft shows, no matter how small in Pennsylvania be smart and have a tax number and have it displayed.  
 
If you include tax in your sale instead of dealing with pennies be sure to have a small sign posted or posted on your sales tag, DO NOT let anyone talk you into a reduced price of the sales tax amount telling you it's under the table, you may regret it when you find the person is from Dept. of Revenue!
 
Good shows should require your tax number with your application, this is to assure that all of their vendors are operating legal!
 
I would imagine that this would be true for most states that require sales tax collection!
 
I hope that some of you planning to attend shows will find this helpful.
