As much as you can get!!  *L*  Seriously, what kind of projects are you doing?  I checked and you don't have an album with your work in it.  I normally charge "friends" about $50 for a "basic" 8x10 portrait of a person.  I generate the pattern from their pic and they frame it for that price.  You won't get rich at that price for sure.  You can always go for more and if their jaw drops too far, lower your price.  If the quality is there you'll get the client base and the dollars you hope for.  Someone on another list sold an intarsia piece (about 3 ft. x 4 ft.) for $2000. ~Andy

I pretty much use standard pricing on my portrait work. I sell them matted. 5x7 simple matted to 8x10 10.00 Matted to a 11x14 $20.00 matted to 16x20 $35.00. Framed 11x14 $45.00 framed 16x20 $65.00. Personal portraits framed in simple oak 11x14 $65.00. If they want a different frame I price accordingly.
Understand these are stand prices for fairly simple portraits. If I do one that is pretty intense, obviously I charge more. I also sell by supply and demand. IE: Chris Ledoux was sold at a higher price on E-Bay.The Pope, too many auctions going on and prices are low. Another scroller went on and undersold me making it not worth my time.
I have a brocher rack I bring to shows to display my matted but unframed work. I bring grid walls to display framed work.

Your location will set your prices. Check shows in your area to see what they are charging. Here in Fl. the prices are 1/2 what they charge in Mi. For that reason I only cut what I can stack at least x4, to cut down on labor.
