Try going to www.vistaprint.com , they will give you 250 business cards, all you pay is shipping.  If I remember right they had 16 styles to choose from and you can put pretty much what ever you want on them.  You then have a nice stock.  Just be carefull when you are ordering and make sure you only sign up for what you want.  I almost ordered some magnets with my card printed on them.  It is a good deal, the quicker you want the cards, better shipping, the more it cost.  I think the  cheapest was $4.99 for regular mail.  Cann't lose for 5 bucks.
