Ron, have you had your eyes checked? Just kidding, I will only scroll for 30 to 45 minutes if I am working on a fine detailed pattern and I wear glasses, do something else then come back to the saw. Drug stores, etc. sell glasses of different strengths for around $10 or $12. I would try a pair and see if they help. While wearing glasses you will see the amount of dust that collects on them and that is what your are breathing. I also wear a dust mask. Happy scrolling.

I went to the local Habor Freight store that recently opened up and they had a visor similar to the Optivisor for around $5. It's not as nice as the Optivisor but it's around $45 cheaper and it works. I've used mone for around 50 hours worth of scrolling and I have no complaints-and I wear glasses as well. Good luck on your search.
