I completed my stand for the RBI and have attached two photos under 4Pop3.
For quick cuts I usually leave the table horizontal and my wife prefers to do her scrolling standing up. When I work on patterns I like to sit down so I built this stand so that I could quickly change back and forth. The front of the new base is an old hospital table that cranked up and down. I removed the table top and hinged the front of the saw to the frame. The pipe that runs from front to back is really two pipes with one sliding inside the other (wheelbase lengthens as you crank it down). Fully lowered I get 15 degrees tilt. The single upright in the front allows me to get up close and the black box hanging from the side is my foot control. I just hang it there when its not in use. I added a small vacuum but haven't found it to be very effective. I may try adding a sound barrier between me and the vacuum as it's a little noisy. The blade holder is mounted on a swivel so it stays horizontal.
I need to figure out a new mount for the magnifier/light and another favorite beverage holder (at 15 degrees my Dr. Pepper keeps falling in my lap).
Thanks for looking.

How is the saw for vibration now?  Mine has some on a soft wood shop floor as it is...like the idea of the tilt AND height change....

I haven't noticed much change except at the higher speeds. Staying at 4 or 5 is okay. Higher than that and I place both feet on the bottom front rail. If I were doing something at max or near max speed I might add a couple of sand bags to the front to rear pipe.
Thanks for the comments Ray and Tom
