I have purchased this saw an am very pleased with it. The only problem I've found with it is the max speed (1300spm) other than that for the price the saw cuts very square and is extreamly durable. A great saw for the price. It does not compare with the high dollar saws but is very reliable and I recommend it.

I just got one from Lowes a few weeks ago. I also have a Craftsman. I think the Hitachi works great..I didnt like the stand that comes with it so I went to Harbor Freight and got a small fold up work bench (was on sale for $7.95 Reg $16.95) Now my wife uses the Craftsman and Im on the Hitachi. As for it only being 1300spm I never cut that fast anyway lol
Happy Scrolling
