Hey all, I am closing on a land deal and looking to buy a new tool the carvewright wood carving tool also sold by sears as the compucarve carving tool would like to know if anyone has any info pro or con about this tool. Mike

sorry for repling to such an old post.... but check their forums...they have some problems with the servo motors and other problems

Mike, There was a gal on The Scrollers Companion that had bought one of those.  Her screebname was lin on there.  Unfortunately that forum is now closed but you might check the other places to see if anyone knows who she is.  She posted some really nice stuff that she had done with that compucarve machine.  Sorry I can't be of more help...I will check in another forum I'm in for you.  Sue
