Actually, if I'm not mistaken, they sell a flutter wheel on Judy Gail Roberts' site - www.intarsia.com.  You will need to make a couple of clicks until you get to tools, but your patience will be rewarded.  Also, if you have any questions while you are there, Jerry is full of free information.
