I bought mine from Lowe's and they were instrumental in helping me get it replaced when it wore out after 2 years... just got the new one and I couldn't be happier - the other one never was right but I was too busy using it to get it replaced but after two years, one in which I had to move the arm to get it started cutting, my hand was forced! Lowe's sent the receipt when I couldn't find mine and they were very helpful in connecting me with the right folks. The Dewalt is a great machine and I've never regretted buying it, even when it wasn't working right!
