Hey all,
I thought I'd throw this theme show idea out B4 the last minute rush for "What R U fixing for St. Patrick's Day themes??"

Anybody got some good GREEN advice in recipe choices &/or variations as well as games that can be played to play up the GREEN THEME???

Let's get our "Irish" heads together on THIS Theme Show Idea! (Hey on St. Pat's day EVERYBODY'S Irish!! .... & this comin' from a half German, half-Italian gal! tee hee!! I DID marry a 1/4 Scotch-Irish man so if the 2 become one flesh doesn't that make me part Irish???!!)

Hey, if we get enough responses going on this thread I'll put a Hot Topic Link to it!

From one lassie to another,
Mc-Marian

I grabbed these a while back on the old WLPC board.  Don't know who to credit for the first suggestion, sorry.

St. Patty's Day Show - Recipes: Veggie plate with dip colored green, Mediterranean Cafe Salad (thought I'd throw this one in because salad is green and it's in the Season's Best and it shows a lot of products),  Grasshopper Dessert Squares; Other Ideas: Everyone who wears green gets free shipping, small prize, etc.,

My recruiter does a St. Patty's Day show with a potato bar (Irish Potato Famine) and Green beer!  Not sure what else she does, but I'll try to remember to ask at our next meeting!

I got these off another board also.  I had to attach it since it wouldn't let me cut and paste.

Just wanted to share what I've just dug up from one of my email folders & then created a Word doc from. The original email that this info came from was from 3 yrs ago so I went & updated some of the products mentioned as well as cleaned it up a bit. I noticed it has some of the same things that were mentioned in the previous post's attachment but it also has some different stuff as well. I'll go & upload it though over in the docs under THEME SHOWS so it'll be easier to find for future reference.

I'll continue to search for more info & if I find any more I'll let you know & post it.

Take care &
Thanks for all the GREAT GREEN ideas so far!! Keep 'em comin'!!

Marian
