1. Does anyone have any idea when they will "release" our 1099's 2. When do we get our products that we earned?? I have an open house on the 1st and I would love to have a "teaser table" Thanks Heather - IL  |

1. not sure about the 1099s. By law they have to be here by the 31st.
2. I think the new products are shipped to be delivered no later than the 30th; it was in the CN in December, I think? Maybe January.
You can check if yours has shipped yet: Go to CC, click on "Product adjustment". When it asks for your show number, click on "forgot number" then search for all shows in 2009. The show number will be something like consultant#+G+FourDigits. If it's there, you can go to FedEx, go to "track by reference number", then add the show number that you got from ConsCorner and add "01" at the end. For example if your consultant number is 123456 and the show number was G0088, then the reference number is 123456G008801 |

| I think you're right in that the new product samples are supposed to be here by the end of the month, but directors and above are going to get theirs before consultants and I don't think the directors were supposed to get theirs til late next week or early the last week of January. |

1099's do not have to be at the recepient's house by Jan 31. They merely have to be postmarked by the 31st. I've gotten 1099's on Feb. 5th before. That being said, PC should have them up on CC shortly so that we can get them printed up if we want to! |

I sent an email to HO and this is the reply I got:
The 1099's will be postmarked no later then Jan 31, 2009. If your income is $600.00 or less the IRS does not require The Pampered Chef to send a 1099. Once the 1099's have been mailed you will be able to get a copy of your 1099 online. Go to Consultants Corner, My Business, Tax Information , 1099.
