I have a lady who wants to do a Death by Chocoate Theme Show next month. Any tips or ideas on how I could do a hands on show?

I was thinking about brownies in the mini muffin pan with whipped cream in the EAD and strawberry fans with egg slicer plus any other ideas?

I have not tried to do a hands on party yet, so any tips and tricks would be helpful.

Why not do a "Chocolate Bliss" Show that's on CC? CC has several different recipes you can try including the "Chocolate Velvet Cake w/Strawberries" recipe that's in this Season's Best. You can always do strawberry fans instead of just placing the strawberries whole around the perimeter of the cake. There's also the "Chocolate-Raspberry Cookie Trifle" you could do as well as "Warm Nutty Caramel Brownies" (I've personally done these brownies at SEVERAL of my Chocolate Bliss Shows during this past Fall/Winter & into the early spring, which work quite well as "hands on"/Cooking Shows In Action). Btw, there are demo-vids available to watch on CC for all 3 of these recipes I mentioned.
