Hi There Everyone

 

I went to see this film last week, directed and created by Joss Whedon (Angel, Buffy) This film is based on the Firefly series which ran for one season and was then scrapped by Fox, because their low level audience intelligence could not cope with something that actually challenged them to think a little.

 

I really loved this film and it was gratifying to see that it had lost nothing of it's charm and snappy dialogue in being transposed into a full blown movie.

 

If you are looking for Star Wars, then this is not the film for you, however, if you looking for something more like Blade Runner mixed with gritty westerns and a touch of Buffy comedy, then go and see this film and enjoy.

 

I won't give the game away, but, the galactic alliance is not as squeky clean as it likes to portray itself, and these guys are going to prove it.
