What are Psychic Shields & Exerice

Psychic Shields are used to protect yourself from Psychic attacks from others whom might wish you harm. They're also good to know if you happen to be strongly empathic, you can use the shields to 'filter' out any unwanted emotions that might happen by you.

First, center and ground yourself. Next, you're going to want to choose a source where the energy will come from. Using your own energy isn't advisable because it'll greatly weaken you throughout the day. Using the sun, or if at night the moon as energy sources is a good idea because it's pretty much infinite.

The basic idea around any shield is to completely surround yourself within a bubble of pure energy. You can control what comes in and what goes out at the time you create it. Otherwise you'll have to bring it down and re-create it to change the 'settings'.

First, center and ground yourself. Then visualize a bubble of white light forming infront of you drawing the energy from the source you chose, big enough for you to fit inside. It's at this building stage that you're going to feed the bubble it's 'protection instructions'.

This includes any energy 'filters', or 'protections' on it. You do this by visualizing what you want the shield to do. If you want it to reflect bad energy back away from you, visualize a rock hitting a wall and bouncing away, that sort of thing.

Once you've set the bubble to what you want, simply move it so that it's completely around you and voila! You're now protected. Once you get really good at this, you can do it really fast instead of having to visualize
