As for angels and guides you probably have connected them but you just didn't recognise it for that.

Have you ever had an unexplained urge to look at a digital clock only to discover that it says 11:11 or 12:12? This is a wink from your guides just to say "we are here".

Try saying aloud that you want to see and hear them more often because they will not intrude without your permission.

Your space is sacred, even to them.

Like you I use to envy people who could have a conversation with their angels and guides (like Sylvia Brown). But someone here (Myzadek) told me not to worry about it, that it doesn't work that way with everyone. Their work is subtle and positive. He encouraged me to talk to them, that they listen. So while I'm driving I turn off my radio and talk and sometimes yell. I ask them to remove the negative thoughts and feeling inside me. I guess it looks strange to others passing by but they would have been laughing anyway because I usually sing with the radio. You can also ask them to talk to you in your dreams.

 

So I purchased some books and did some reading.  I love Doreen Virtue's books and as Firstborn mentioned, Doreen has a book on "Angel numbers"  that explains what 11:11 means.  She also has books that suggest how you can connect with them.

I know what you mean when you say it is seldom you get a chance to yourself....I seems I am almost never alone...maybe that has something to do with my inability to sense anything other than the obvious...Anyways if that ever actually happens...Like my oldest could get a job and leave the house occasionally ....(wouldn't that be something!)  I will give it a try...thx for the advice...SaM
