Well that is a mighty persistent recurring dream, to occur monthly for 10 years! I'd say it was a premonition, you were obviously tapping into your daughter's health and knowing something was wrong. I think this is why you dreamed of lukemia instead of a tumour, perhaps the tumour was something you were not introduced to, until your daughter had a diagnosis. Meanwhile, your intuitive self knew there was a health condition, and used lukemia instead, as most folks know what that condition is. I think once she had the diagnosis, she would get medical care and that is why you no longer dream about it. The matter is being dealt with.
That is my take on your three questions!
