Read Scriptures: Leviticus 23:1-25:55
Situation: God established several holidays that symbolied the Israelites' special relationship with Him. He also gave rules that governed interpersonal relationship.
Observation: Special Holiday's remind us of the past. Feast help renew our commitment. In the New Testament, the celebration of the Lord's Supper reminds us of Christ's sacrificial death on the cross for our sins and calls us to renewed commitment.
Application: Approach this Sunday as a real holiday, Celebrate it will allyour heart. Remember the past. Renew for the future. Jesus is risen!!!!! God has conquered death. Be glad.
