For a long time I always struggled with this verse:
1 Corinthians 2
14But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
I struggled by what it means by "they are spiritually discerened" until the Spirit shed light that the "they" refers to "the things of the Spirit of God" not "the natural man."
So what this verse means is that the things of the Spirit of God are spiritually discerned and the natural man does not receive them because these truths are spiritually discerned and perceived. I might be wrong but this is how I understand this verse now.
