Rev 5:8 And when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders [of the heavenly Sanhedrin] "prostrated themselves" before the Lamb. Each was holding a harp (lute or guitar), and they had golden bowls full of incense (fragrant spices and gums for burning), which are the prayers of God's people (the saints).

Rev 5:9 And [now] they sing a new song, saying, You are worthy to take the scroll and to break the seals that are on it, for You were slain (sacrificed), and with Your blood You purchased men unto God from every tribe and language and people and nation.

Rev 5:10 And You have made them a kingdom (royal race) and priests to our God, and they shall reign [as kings] over the earth!

Rev 5:11 Then I looked, and I heard the voices of many angels on every side of the throne and of the living creatures and the elders [of the heavenly Sanhedrin], and they numbered ten thousand times ten thousand and thousands of thousands,

Rev 5:12 Saying in a loud voice, Deserving is the Lamb, Who was sacrificed, to receive all the power and riches and wisdom and might and honor and majesty (glory, splendor) and blessing!

Rev 5:13 And I heard every created thing in heaven and on earth and under the earth [in Hades, the place of departed spirits] and on the sea and all that is in it, crying out together,        (sing)

To Him Who sits on the throne and unto the Lamb,

to Him Who sits on the throne, and unto the Lamb,

Be glory, and honor and power forever.... and ever, amen

Jesus Christ the king of kings victorious over the grave is to be ascribed the blessing and the honor and the majesty (glory, splendor) and the power (might and dominion) forever and ever (through the eternities of the eternities.) So in what do you boast as if there was anything "you" did yourself to deserve and reason or position of "ministry title" that would take the glory and attention from the only one who sits or is supposed to be seated on the throne of your heart? In churches and on the internet it is all about titles when a real prophet does not say he is one; and yet there are titles on the internet of "position of authority"...for what purpose? Founder, and minister, and reverend or some title ?man" would receive what you say as gospel? If there is a honored place in the body of Christ I hope it is the arm pit or the sole of the foot for then the king of Glory can be the HEAD?When the temple of old was finished and the "glory" descended and entered the temple, the priests could not go in. Today it is not so. You wanted your church to appear friendly and comfortable perhaps? God is a jealous God and there will come a day of reckoning regarding the pride of man or woman who strut into the sanctuary and speak of "who" they are, where they have been, and speak of famous people of God as if they were to be mentioned in the preaching of God's word? Glory is coming. The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom and many today go about in man's pride and glory and they read scriptures such as this one and they do not see a very important line: The four living creatures and the twenty-four elders of the heavenly Sanhedrin "prostrated themselves" before the Lamb. If we would get into the "appropriate prostrated position of honor" and if we would bow down, and if we would seek to be nothing so Jesus could be on the throne of all we "do" and all we are, there would be a new understanding of the carnal church and of it's "strutting glory."
