Today's Scripture

Psalm 119:27

Help me understand the meaning of your commandments, and I will meditate on your wonderful deeds.

Our lives are cluttered with rule books, but the authors never come with us to help us follow the rules ! But, God does !

That is the uniqueness of our Bible. God not only provides the rules and guidelines but comes with us personally each day to strengthen us so that we can live according to those rules and His will.

All we must do is invite Him and respond to His direction.

O Lord, how we love Your Word !

Father, fill us with understanding and guidance as we daily partake of your Word in our lives. Come along with us Lord Jesus, as we walk on the path that You have chosen for us. Send us Your Holy Spirit to daily guide us as we desire to become all that You have called us to be. In Your Precious and Holy Name, Amen..

May His Word guide you this week my friends !

Oh I know I need the Author of the Rules to help me understand!

I wonder if you could consider posting the scripture for the day under the heading topic of Bible Verse on the list. I used to put the ChristNotes there every day but have only time to do devotions in the morning. Thanks, and by the way, I really appreciated your Bible study and the way you delivered it.

No problem at all ! I will try and remember to post it in their under Bible Verses now.

thanks, did not know anyone used the yahoo chat for bible study but even if people keep coming in , I think you should keep talking and also I think you should ask folks not to keep sending those messages during the time you are sharing the word part of the message. Thanks for praying too.
