John 15:6 If a person does not dwell in Me, he is thrown out like a [broken-off] branch, and withers; such branches are gathered up and thrown into the fire, and they are burned.
John 15:7 If you live in Me [abide vitally united to Me] and My words remain in you {and} continue to live in your hearts, "ask" whatever you will, and it shall be done for you.
John 15:8 When you bear (produce) much fruit, My Father is honored {and} glorified, and you show {and} prove yourselves to be true followers of Mine.
John 15:9 I have loved you, [just] as the Father has loved Me; abide in My love [continue in His love with Me].
John 15:10 If you keep My commandments [if you continue to obey My instructions], you will abide in My love {and} live on in it, just as I have obeyed My Father's commandments and live on in His love.

"If you love me...obey my commandments." We all know those words but you are not looking at what Jesus wanted you to see. To be "who" He was talking about here in John 15 you must be willing to be an empty branch in which on one end is the vine Christ Jesus and at the end of you if your branch is clean and the power and vitality can flow through you out to the fruit, eventually that fruit you produce at the end of your branch will be full of seeds which will also fall and die to itself as you did when you noticed you are to be nothing more than the branch He flows through. It makes me sick to my stomach to see the pride, performance and position based Christians of today who strut through the church as if someone died and made them King of the church. I watched a Pastor doing the dishes the other night and that blessed me. Never saw that before. What happens to the branches removed from the vine? First they wither, so it takes time to fall away from Jesus. Second, they are all piled up and burnt and so will be our dead works, wood hay and stubble.
Today, be content to be that empty insignificant branch abiding in that precious vine where your father God is our gardener because Jesus wants your fruit to remain and fruit that remains...has seeds.
