Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Even in those confusing and frightening times, God wants you to lead an abundant life. Peace and joy and the other fruits of the Spirit are given to you to draw on all the time. When you work on developing fruit in the good times, you have a reserve for difficult times. Mature Christians know how to draw on the peace that can only come from the Prince of Peace who lives inside of them.
As a child of God, you need to know how to be stready, stable no matter what the circumstances. Allow His peace to guard your heart and mind so you are prepared to handle times of crisis when they come.
