A taste for all As precious words upon the page they enriched our lives until their book is closed. Then our hearts wrench, and we pain. Shadows are cast upon lonely souls, someone left. As music inscribe upon a page no longer shall they be heard. It’s a wrenching thing and there be those who say that its an event that needs not to repent, and I say aye, it’s a taste for all its a bitter tasting wine. However, as the birth of a child is so glorious, so the event of the one departing should be no less glorious as well, and I for one say aye. Is it that we are unable to see beyond that vale for seeing just a grave? My wife’s book remains open, intoxication in that we love, as a glass of fine wine our love does live, but is it enough if they should say her book is closed. It’s a taste for all it’s a bitter tasting wine. Looking past the vale where I would see her and not the grave for I would see her in her peace. Who is it that shall not give way to tears, but still we see? |

Thank our precious Heavenly Father that even though we WILL taste it for we all have an "appointment," in Christ it doesn't have to be bitter!! Very mournful but very insightful as well! |
